Where is RTC based and how does remote delivery work?

Smartsheet Development Services
Do I need an existing Smartsheet subscription to work with RTC?

Yes. Your Smartsheet plan (Pro, Business, or Enterprise) is billed directly by Smartsheet to your organization — not through RTC. Our fees cover the consulting, build, and support work we perform within your Smartsheet environment.

What's the difference between the Launchpad, Momentum, and Enterprise tiers?

The tiers scale by complexity and team size:

  • Launchpad ($3,500) — Small teams, up to 5 sheets, basic automations, 1 dashboard. Best for getting started.
  • Momentum ($9,500) — Up to 15 sheets, advanced automations, one third-party integration (e.g. Jira, Salesforce, Slack), and team training.
  • Enterprise ($22,000+) — Unlimited sheets, Bridge workflows, multi-system API integrations, Control Center/PMO setup, and a 90-day adoption guarantee.
Can you integrate Smartsheet with other tools we use?

Yes. We support integrations with tools like Jira, Salesforce, Slack, and more. Third-party integrations are included in the Momentum tier and above, or available as add-ons starting at $3,500 per system.

What happens after the project is delivered?

All tiers include post-launch support — 14 days for Launchpad, 30 days for Momentum, and a full 90-day adoption guarantee for Enterprise. We also offer ongoing Managed Support Retainers starting at $1,500/month if you need continued help.

How long does a Smartsheet project take?

Delivery timelines vary by tier: Launchpad takes 2–3 weeks, Momentum 4–6 weeks, and Enterprise 8–16 weeks depending on scope. We provide milestone updates throughout so you always know where things stand.

Can you add more sheets, dashboards, or integrations after launch?

Yes. We offer enhancement add-ons at any point:

  • Additional API integrations from $3,500 per system
  • Dashboard expansions from $600
  • Extra training sessions from $450
  • Smartsheet AI enablement from $4,500
Technical Consulting Services
What does Technical Consulting include?

Our technical consulting covers technology strategy, systems and API architecture, web and app development, code reviews, platform evaluations, and digital transformation roadmaps. We embed with your team and deliver outcomes, not just advice.

Can I hire RTC for a one-time technical question or review?

Absolutely. Our Advisory tier is available at $200/hr or $1,500 per strategy session with no retainer required. It's ideal for architecture decisions, pre-project planning, code audits, or second opinions on existing technical plans.

What's included in the monthly Retainer?

The Retainer ($3,500/month, minimum 3-month commitment) includes up to 20 hours of consulting, architecture design, API builds and maintenance, web/app feature development, code review, a monthly strategy call, and async support via a dedicated channel. Hours beyond 20/month are billed at $175/hr.

What does the Dedicated (Embedded CTO) tier look like?

At $8,000/month, you get a dedicated technical lead acting as your embedded CTO — unlimited consulting hours within scope, full architecture ownership, cross-platform API development, team management guidance, weekly executive alignment meetings, and a same-business-day response SLA.

Can you build custom web or mobile applications?

Yes. Full-stack web and mobile development is part of our Technical Consulting services. We build client portals, internal tools, and customer-facing products designed to scale with your business.

GEO + SEO Services
What is GEO, and how is it different from traditional SEO?

Generative Engine Optimization structures your content so AI models cite your brand by name when buyers ask questions in your category — on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Traditional SEO competes for a position in a list of links; GEO competes to be the answer.

It matters now because the dynamic is winner-takes-most: only 3–5 brands get cited per answer, and whoever establishes that authority first is hard to displace. We still do the SEO fundamentals — they feed the same engine.

What's the AI Visibility Gap Report?

A one-time $1,000 diagnostic and the usual place to start. We run 20 buying-intent queries across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity and send you screenshots of every place your brand is invisible, plus a roadmap if you decide to fix it. Low-risk proof of the problem before you commit to a retainer.

What's included in the Foundation tier?

Foundation ($2,000/month, 3-month minimum) builds your baseline: AI-visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, 2 GEO + SEO posts per month structured for citation, FAQ schema implementation, and a monthly scorecard of citation appearances and ranking shifts. Best for brands just starting to build AI search presence.

When should I move up to Engine or Operator?

Choose Engine ($3,500/month) — our recommended tier — when you want the full system rather than a baseline: a complete visibility audit and content plan, 4 citation-optimized posts per month, FAQ schema plus Google Search Console setup, monthly reporting on citations and AI appearances, and an async strategy review each month.

Choose Operator ($6,000/month) when you want maximum output: everything in Engine plus 6–8 posts per month, conversion-focused product and landing copy, a quarterly citation / digital-PR push, priority turnaround, and a 45-minute monthly strategy call.

Do I own the content RTC produces?

Yes — at every tier. Everything we produce for you is yours to keep, with no lock-in: posts, schema, tracking setup and reporting. If you leave, the assets stay with you.

How soon can I expect to see results?

GEO is a compounding investment. Most clients see measurable movement in citations and rankings within 3–6 months, which is why the 3-month minimum exists. The Gap Report is the exception — that's a snapshot of where you stand right now, delivered as a one-off.

Automation & Web3 Services
What does Automations & AI cover?

Two things: custom AI agents that triage, draft and act on repetitive knowledge work, and event-driven integration pipelines that keep your systems in sync so nobody re-types data between tools. The goal is removing manual handoffs, not adding another dashboard to check.

What's the difference between the Pilot, Copilot, and Autopilot tiers?

The tiers scale by how much of your operation the agents run:

  • Pilot (from $5,500) — One agent on one process, up to 2 integrations, single channel, 2 revision rounds. Proves the ROI in 2–3 weeks.
  • Copilot (from $18,500) — Up to 3 agents orchestrated across a full funnel, 5 integrations, multi-channel, knowledge-base ingestion, a performance dashboard and 3 revision rounds. 4–8 weeks.
  • Autopilot (from $45,000) — A company-wide audit, up to 6 agents orchestrated as one system, up to 10 integrations, human-in-the-loop approvals, custom or fine-tuned models, and a 60-day adoption period tuned against live conversations. 8–16 weeks.
What does it cost to keep the agents running after launch?

Models get updated, prompts may need changes, and the edge cases nobody thought of tend to surface around week six — systems left alone after handover usually break within a few months. Our Managed AI Operations retainer covers monitoring, prompt and model updates, cost optimization and a monthly performance report: from $1,500/mo for Pilot, $3,500/mo for Copilot, and $7,500/mo for Autopilot, with a 6-month minimum term on Pilot and Copilot and 12 months on Autopilot. It's optional but strongly recommended — decline it and the system is handed over as built, with later work quoted at $175/hour.

Are LLM and phone usage costs included in the price?

No — and we never take a cut of them, because we never handle them. Build fees and retainers cover our work. The AI model provider, telephony platform and messaging accounts stay in your name, and you pay those vendors directly. We set them up and configure them, and we'll estimate the monthly run rate during scoping so there are no surprises.

Do you build Web3 / blockchain projects?

Yes — smart contracts, wallet integrations and dApp front-ends, delivered in partnership with Quecko. We'll also tell you plainly where blockchain genuinely adds value to your business and where it doesn't. Packages are being finalized with our delivery partner, so these are custom-scoped per project for now.

Pricing & Process How We Work
Are your prices fixed or do they change after scoping?

We send fixed-price proposals within 48 hours of your discovery call. For project work, what's quoted is what you pay — no hidden fees. Retainers have defined monthly inclusions with overages billed at transparent hourly rates.

What does the delivery process look like end-to-end?

Every engagement follows four phases:

  • Discovery — We listen first, understanding your workflows, goals, and bottlenecks before proposing anything.
  • Solution Design — We map the right technical approach, scoped, documented, and aligned to your business outcomes.
  • Build & Deliver — Consistent communication at every stage — no surprises at launch.
  • Support & Scale — Post-launch support and iteration to ensure solutions scale as you grow.
Can I start with a smaller engagement before committing to a larger one?

Yes. The Advisory tier for Technical Consulting, the Launchpad tier for Smartsheet, and the Pilot tier for Automations & AI are all designed as low-commitment entry points. You can expand the engagement once you've seen how we work.

What if my needs don't fit neatly into one of your tiers?

We're flexible. Every engagement starts with a discovery call where we listen to your specific situation. If a standard tier doesn't fit, we'll scope a custom arrangement and price it accordingly.
